"One thing I know that separates you..."
Dear Jacinto, I am writing this email to let you know how fortunate myself and my family were to have you as our seller's agent when we sold our personal residence at 12th Way and our duplex at McLoughlin Blvd in Vancouver; and also as our buyers agent in buying our new house on 5 acres in Camas. We are really excited about our new home in Camas, WA. My son asked me to tell you "Thank You so much for giving us the most expensive gas barbeque grill from Home Depot". We look forward to have a lot of barbeque parties with this beautiful stainless gas grill. We were really pleased when you sold our personal residence in one day for a top price! One thing I know that separates you from the other real estate agents I met before is that you are always available by phone, in person or by email when I need anything regarding my transactions. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future. I also wish you the best in your real estate business. I believe you will continue to climb the ladder of success because of your great attitude and your excellent work ethic. Yours thankfully,
Cedrick Redula, Jabez Investments, LLC
You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
About Appraisals >Refinancing Your Home
Interest rates fluctuate as changes occur in the general economy. If you purchased your home when interest rates were higher, you may want to consider re-financing your loan at a lower rate.
You will have to apply for the new mortgage and have your current income eligibility assessed. Depending on how long you have had your present loan, a current appraisal may be required. There are closing costs, such as attorney, title fees, recording and notary fees, and appraisal charges. The biggest factor in your decision should be the length of time you plan to remain in your home. If you will be there for only a year or two more, it might not pay to re-finance. If you will be in your home longer, re-financing could provide you with lower mortgage payments. Your real estate agent can help you work out the numbers and can refer you to reputable home appraisers and mortgage lenders.
